DIY Baby Food
Over the years, homemade baby food has become even more popular as parents look for simple, affordable ways to control ingredients and introduce real flavors early. The method hasn’t changed much, but the tools, storage options, and nutrition guidelines have evolved. I always thought about making my own baby food with Logan but it never happened. Then after Rosella was born, I decided to give it a try. We have a local farmers market and I had a week off when she started on solids. The jars I have used are each 4oz. For less than $20.00, I picked up all this fresh fruits and veggies! A while back I purchased the Kindle version of this book to help direct me on my baby food making journey.
