Fondue Sliders with Fries: Recipe

 So many people have expressed an interest in this little meal I make. Although my husband and kids are not too fond of it, for different reasons, I love it! It is probably one of my favorites and I can make it just for me when I need (without the onions and fries). But still, even the dipping sauce for the fries I can make within a minute if we are making something else with fries. Ingredients 1 pound ground beef 12 Brioche rolls 1 large red onion 1/2 oz parsley 1/2 oz chopped garlic  3 russet potatoes  2 tsp smoked paprika  2 1/2 oz thousand island dressing 2 fl oz heavy whipping cream 2 oz shredded swiss cheese 4 tsp olive oil Directions   Preheat over to 450 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Wash and cut potatoes. Cut potatoes into little sticks. Halve the onion and slice into thin strips. Mince parsley leaves.
