Cookie N Cream Cookies: Recipe
I LOVE to bake. I really do. But eating all the cookies, usually never happens but I still bake. This is one of my favorite recipes I have for cookies! The cookies are placed in the refrigerator for a few hours before they will be baked, so plan accordingly! Quick video here on the process: view the quick video on the cookies Ingredients : 1 box of white/vanilla/yellow cake mix (I have used all of them) 8 tablespoons of butter, melted 1 egg 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract 5 ounces of cream cheese, melted 2.5 cups crushed Oreo's 1 cup white chocolate chips and chocolate chips (usually I do 1/3 regular and 2/3 white chocolate chips) Directions : Combine the cake mix, butter, egg, cream cheese and vanilla extract. Use a mixer to make a soft dough. Mix in the Oreo's and chocolate chips. Place dough in a bag and refrigerate a few hours. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet .
