Wedding Planning

With the planning of the wedding came a lot of stress. Not just on me, but on my fiancee and my parents.

First, Steven and I did not know exactly what we wanted to do. We thought about having the wedding in California where I am from, having it in Arizona at a church, or just anywhere that was nice. After looking around we found a few wonderful places. The only real difference was that one venue we had to find our own vendors and the other venue everything was already provided to us. So after a little bit of deliberation, we settled on Regency Garden, where  everything was already provided to us.





With everything doing on, it was hard to even plan the wedding. Even though all we really had to do was meet with the vendor and make a decision. Using Pinerest, I was able to get some ideas of what I wanted so the meeting would be easier to accomplish instead of going in blind and trying to figure out what I wanted. (Photos not in order)

By the time all the details were set in stone, it was only a month away before the wedding. I could not believe how it came so quickly.

My amazing sister and maid of honor, Tori, threw me an amazing bridal shower and bachelorette party. I am extremely grateful for everything she had done for me.

I always knew I wanted another baby. I have always wanted one boy and one girl. Eighteen months apart, a boy first. It was how I always pictured my future. DIY Baby Food

I always thought about making my own baby food with Logan but it never happened. Then after Rosella was born, I decided to give it a try. We have a local farmers market and I had a week off when she started on solids.  The jars I have used are each 4oz. For less than $20.00, I picked up all this fresh fruits and veggies! A while back I purchased the Kindle version of  this book  to help direct me on my baby food making journey. Between the book and common knowledge I begun to create a bunch of different recipes. I add all the different recipes in here to the blog every so often so just look out for them or search for them. Avocado Spinach Pear Puree This recipe will make about 16 ounces of baby food - this is one of my daughters favorites! You will need:    - 2 avocados    -10-15 leaves of spinach    - 2 pears Step 1: Wash and peel the pears, Remove the core and cut into small chunks. Creamy Spaghetti: Recipe

Creamy spaghetti is one of my favourite spins on traditional spaghetti. While I do not really like tomato sauce, this replaces it with a creamy sauce. My husband is not too fond of it; he doesn't care for pasta; but between the kids and I, we love it!  Ingredients:  1 to 1 1/2 pounds of ground mild Italian sausage  1 bell pepper diced 1/4 onion diced 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tsp Italian seasoning  10 oz can of fire roasted tomatoes (or mild tomatoes if you don't want the spice) 3 cups chicken broth or stock 10 oz dried spaghetti  pinch of black pepper pinch of salt 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 mozzarella cheese  Directions: Heat the olive oil in a medium pan Combine the bell pepper and onion in when the oil is warm for two minutes, then add the garlic Mix in the Italian sausage until it is brown. Break into small chunks while it is cooking Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, tomatoes, broth/stock and dried noodles Push the noodles dow
